Well I'm not up on employment law like you sugardaddy but unless you know 100% what's happened I'd let the girls sort it out..

Yes mr duke I know exactly precisely what Alaska was promised and I can vouch for every word she has stated it is FACT. Layla does not know what Alaska was told and changes her story. Now she says they were told in emails. A few hours ago she stated that she personally told Alaska about the alleged 2 month arrangement. She resents Alaskas popularity and it colours her judgement.

If I were an employee of the channel, I would be wary of anything I said here or anywhere else public. Especially if any accusations are being thrown around, OR comments are made about the state of the company's finances. THAT is a quick way to be summarily dismissed without notice or payment in lieu of same.

As regards payment, payment dates, etc, that should all be set out in the terms of the contract of employment. If there is no contract of employment, or if there has been an alleged breach of the contract, I would be consulting an employment lawyer for advice.

Take it from someone whose most recent employment ended with lawyers being brought in, nothing is quite as simple as the lay person assumes it to be.

well i'm sorry to hear that babes!! it should definately be there next month!! i struggled the first 2months without pay!! it killed me, especially how i don't drive!! but just try to get there so u can keep your income high!! cuz once u start getting it, it becomes regular and the wage is nice!! i had the bes5t birthday ever!! xx
