Freeview channel changes for Cellcast shows

On that subject, up to about 18 months ago PG on FV was a titsfree zone, Partyboy telling everyone who texted in for the girls to "get yer tits out" that it was not an adult show, so no!!!
Then about Christmas I changed over from watching SKY to FV to see Donna Duke topless, awesome sight,I'd not seen her on BS up to that point; I still don't know to this day what changed,girls finishing a topless stint on BS would apprear 1/2 hour later on PG with bra on & stay on.
What then was the difference, BS & PG broadcast from same studio with same girls,topless ok on SKY but not until December 2008 on FV,when suddenly at the flick of a switch PG changes from non-adult to adult???

Partyland looked very much like BS2 last night. No costumes, no sets, just the girls on the bed doing their thing. Paige had her knickers down, and you wouldn't have seen that on PL a week ago.

No, FV93 and FV98 do not have the same owners , FV93 owner is tvx Europe, it time shares with Teachers tv ,Home, Topup tv. FV94 owner is Cellcast and time shares with ideal world . FV95 owner is Cellcast and time shares with price drop tv . FV96 owner is Cellcast and time shares with create&craft, rocks&co,TVnews. FV97 owner is channel 5 and time shares with five US. FV98 owner is Bangmedia and time shares with Virgin 1. FV99 owner is Cellcast and time shares with Virgin 1+1 . Also Party girls on freeview chan 46 was always an adult show and always had a adult licence from the first ever show , it had the same licence as the freeview BS shows do today , it is a Dutch 16 cert licence that Cellcast use equivalent to the British 18 cert licence that other shows use . The girls did not get topless straight away as they wanted a slow progression into an adult type show so not to alarm or get complaint's by freeviewers unaccustomed to this type of show .

Whatever, now we know what is what we can hopefully settle back and watch what they are putting out.

So is it worth watching instead of BSxtra for instance or is it still "tamer"? I still miss BS2!

To be honest there's always been someone on the others that I've wanted to see more, so I haven't seen much, but, from what I've seen it isn't tame. I don't call a close up of Lolly's crotch with her landing strip poking above her thong tame!

Having said that, I think PL was definitely ratcheted up a notch or two last night, especially in the 2-4-1s and during Stevie's solo, but that's happened a few times before so I don't think we should count too many chickens just yet.

Freeview fans of Chelsea French are going to be well pissed off. At 1am she (nude, btw) started off Ch 99 with Tia Jones and took the mic after 10 mins to welcome viewers to "Live 960" - at which point the screen abruptly cut to BS1, which is where it has stayed until now.


Edit: Just realised I'm revealing my own allegiance here! Freeview fans of Tia Jones will also be pissed off, of course.

Well, it's Cellcast's channel, so presumably they control the feed. It's interesting to note that the change occurred immedialey, and I mean immediately, Live 960 was mentioned!
