Downloading embedded live streams

I am not sure if this as already been discussed, but I am looking for a way to download/save embedded live streams from sites (e.g. elite TV). I am not sure how to do this, can anyone help?

I am still having trouble finding the best software for the job. Is there anyone outthere can help me??

You dont save the stream directly. You use screen capture software to capture what is displayed on your monitor.
I think most people use Bulent's BSR screen recorder in Windows.
Just do a google search for it.

I use Linux and use a program called RecordMyDesktop which is very good.
