News on new channels - Freeview & Sky

Looking at it logically, if I was launching a new encrypted ppv show I would launch it on a channel with 1 competitor, CH93TVX; doesn't make much sense to me to launch it in competition with 25 encrypted shows on SKY.
Having said that, see other threads re Bluebird TV; someone posted that by the end of the year they might have taken over ALL the SKY adult shows.

From 9pm next Friday, Redhot (Channel 905) are doing a pay-per-view phone-in show called XXX Porn Live... I'm sure Bluebird and Babestation Xtreme will be interested to see how it does. Do you think pay-per-view is going to be the future for these channels?

The problem I see is that you have to pay twice because you pay to view the show then you pay again to call the girl if she is on. If you are happy to just watch then you only pay the once. Would be interesting to know if you would have the music or the phone conversation. I do not have sky but would be interesting to know. Oh and if it is music only would they have the facility to listen in if so whats the point of the show its like the other shows except a pay per view.

It says you can call to listen in.

just been checking the listings and it seems to only be on on friday.

and if its encryted whats normally on redhot ie live shows is also on tvx but nothing yet.

a wait and see job again.

Just done the same , i also noticed that the live encrypted show will only be going out from 12am-2am and after that it will go back to broadcasting the recorded redhot mums stuff. i think before 12 the live show will be broadcast unencrypted .I also wonder if TVX on freeview will transmit this new show as it transmits Redhot as well to compete with BSXtream .

Wonder if they will take any risks? The old Antonia Backstage Live was superb until some armpit shagger grassed them up.

It was "a rival subscription channel" that made the complaint according to the Ofcom adjudication.

I'm a subscriber to the channel and will post my views on any difference to previous shows (if any) but I don't have the capability to post Caps or Vids. Sorry. Truthfully, I think it will be no different to others before it.
