Last time I rang it was great until u asked what I wanted to see, I told you, then you asked how old I was, i told you 26, then you asked my d.o.b, which I gave you too. You then said 'wrong answer' (it wasn't) and you hung up. Despite the fact the date of birth was spot-on (I would know don't you think?) and I have a voice like Barry White so I'm left with the conclusion that you couldn't be arsed.

Don't get me wrong, I still think you're wickedd but I felt like a bit of a mug when I rang, as that was a waste of money. I feel like a mug when I ring these channels anyway to be fair.

Let me know if you want me to delete what I've just said or anything cuz I don't wanna discourage other people from calling, or affect your business, cuz I know thats all you guys wanna do really, and to be fair, I've phoned you loads of times, and every time has been amazing except that last one.
