Talking Pictures: Westerns
Quite a charming generalised look which did at least hear from one director (or two, since Clinton Jr was in there) among a welath of actors.

Good to see this back and back on form. I'm not entirely convinced by Linda Hamilton's appearance but that's a minor quibble and having to wait until Christmas & New Year for the final episodes is a bit of a ballache too Big Laugh

How it started: I’ll watch one episode a week until the second half drops at Xmas.

How it ended: I binged all four episodes in one sitting at the weekend.

Long wait to see how it all turns out for Hawkins, Indiana.

Good show.

5/6 The Art of Technology
A complicated landscape painting style, later combined with VR 360` tech. Also, the Great Wall of China, and some drones.
6/6 The Art of Food
A 5 ton jade sculpture commemorating an early and effective Emperor. And he gets to share someone's family feast for a child's one month birthday, somewhat tying back to the first episode.

Overall, an intriguing series which covered most important Chinese bases.
China's Greatest Treasures II
2.1 The Art of the Yellow River
To my surprise, Alastair Sooke is back (whenever this was made), this time looking at a waterfall, visiting an archaeo-dig much like any other, then partaking in the lantern festival.

More on his directing than his acting, his critics, his pointed run for mayor, and his Westerns.
