That's not true.

Sterling had to agree to a significant pay cut to make this loan deal happen, so he's not on the money he was. Then Arsenal and Chelsea are splitting the agreed wage between them.

Talking point from the weekend - how effective was Arsenal's timewasting against Manchester City?

In the second half Arsenal had 13 free kicks, 12 goal kicks, 5 throw ins and 2 corners. Restarting the game on these occasions would take on average 16 minutes in the Premier League, according to Opta, but Arsenal managed to use up 22.5 minutes including more than 9 minutes on taking the goal kicks alone.

Perhaps it wasn't effective enough, as Manchester City equalised in the 8th minute of added time.

Absolutely no idea what you're on about mate, arsenal are extremely experienced at time wasting. For example, they are currently wasting time winning the league again, they're almost at 21 years.
