Appeared in Court on quite serious charges I believe - Actual GBH, dangerous driving and drug driving, etc and he was remanded in custody. Have to say, it still beggars belief now that he got down there tailgating an ambulance who was on it's was to attending an emergency at the time. He must have known that ambulance was going there for a reason.

Whatever happens I hope he gets porridge for quite some considerable time and a driving ban.

It reported that David Beckham is going to be awarded a nighthood in the Kings Birthday Honours list.

More proof the honours system is a complete nonsense

The thing is that he has been brownosing for a knighthood for years.

Hope the king changes his mind at the last minute and tells him he can have a knight hood next year if he does some decent amount of charity work by the end of this year.

He’s been a UNICEF Ambassador for 20 years and travelled the world for them raising money & awareness for childrens causes. He works with the King’s Foundation and is reported to have donated £1m to Ukraine. I’d rather he got a knighthood than some weasel 25 year old girl who may have been Boris’s daughter or mistress.

It's a money pit of a project, all involved should be ashamed of the giant failure this thing is, ''beyond 2033'' they say, at a cost possibly somewhere around £100 Billion they say, what the actual fuck I say. Think of all of the good that money could be used for, how many smaller, cheaper projects that could be done, or could have already been done.

The thing is compared to countries like China we are really pathetic when it comes to constructing big infrastructure.
