I can only go on what I have read here, but I would say Amanda left of her own accord, Jemma does what Amanda does, Rachel was let go (absolutely no idea why), Flo and Dionne left of their own accord, and Geri was let go. All speculation mind.

Just read Rachel's blog, and she was obviously pretty upset to write what she did in her comment in reply to the 31 October blog. Sounds like it was all a bit sudden and a hell of a shock.

Does anyone have a definitive answer as to whether Geri has gone or not?
