Having gormlessly deleted last week's one before I'd finished watching it, this week she went to the "Scottish Glens" for such rough-tough pursuits as axe-throwing, powerboating, paddleboarding, having a biker escort, and visiting a haunted castle.
SC's GDO
Off to the Peak District for such familiar stop-offs as Buxton spring water and Bakewell puddings. There was also tubing, hen racing, segway driving, pooh sticks playing, and cable car riding.

Rabbit is a lean meat, apparently. The lemons looked more palatable.

Sky Arts - Rembrandt from the national gallery and the Rijksmuseum. Genius!! In particular 'The Nightwatch'. The 'Anatomy Lesson of Dr Tulp didn't feature unfortunately, but with all the rest on show (late works) on this one occasion, it didn't leave too big a hole!!

Among many of his noted skills, I reckon he isn't recognised nearly enough for his treatment of and rendering of light source. Among the very best!!

I'm a Rembrandt fan, inasmuch as I couldn't name any of his paintings, but I do think he's great, especially his self-portraits.

Cornwall's Red River
John Wedgwood Clarke, a poet, traces the story of a famously polluted river, which in some places is still polluted even though the tin mines were closed years ago.
