Black Widow

The latest film in the MCU is finally here and it sees Scarlett Johansson back as Black Widow who's past catches up with her as she's on the run after the events of Captain America: Civil War

Scarlett is again excellent as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Florence Pugh is an absolute badass as Yelena Belova, David Harbour is very good and also very funny as Red Guardian and the rest of the cast play their part too, especially Rachel Weisz & Ray Winstone.

plenty of excellent action and the special effects are very good. Dont go when the credits start as there is a post credit scent that will make you go wtf!

Black Widow

Loved it !!!

More than worth the wait and the bit at the end Wow

if this is the standard Phase 4 is going to be then i cant wait for all the others

Watched "The Vanishing" on Film4 last night, about three lighthouse keepers who go mad on a Scottish island. I found it just too grim and nearly didn't come back after an ad break but stuck with it anyway.
One thing I couldn't work out was how Gerard Butler's son got onto the island, an incredible coincidence that was never explained. No happy ending anyway.

Fully agree, Phase 4 is going to be fantastic if the rest of it is the same fantastic standard as Black Widow. When i saw Black Widow one of the trailers shown before it was Eternals which is the next MCU film out in cinemas I believe in November and that looks fantastic and just as good as BW

This is closer to reality for anyone who hasn't seen it.

Scarlett Johansson phones in her performance but fortunately Florence Pugh & David Harbour make it watchable. Ray Winstone is terrible and plays himself as usual with a crap attempt at a Russian accent.

It's average but at least it's not as shit as Captain Marvel

I wasn't expecting much from this to be honest but I enjoyed it. It "borrows" a lot from the likes of Aliens, Predator and countless other movies but does it without making it too obvious, at least until you sit and think about it

Not a bad way to waste a couple of hours.

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country

Up there as one of my fav Star Trek really love this movie, the mystery of who the conspirators are in the movie and twist with who’s involved.
The later great Christopher Plummer as Chang, director Nicholas Meyer wrote the role especially for Plummer who originally didn’t want to do it. The cameos from Christian Slater and Michael Dorn playing Colonel Worf the grandfather of Wolf from TNG, a great send off for the original crew. It looks stunning on Blu Ray and Blu Ray steel book which I own looks stunning.
