I think you are a little confused. Anyone can watch Evelyn on main cam, and you may tip or "buzz" her if you wish, but that is your choice.

DMCA action is the removal of illicit copyright breaching items from the internet, and has nothing to do with anyone who is just watching a show, and not secretly recording and sharing the videos with others.
