CNN's Chris Cuomo invited all 126 of the 197 Republican (or as he now calls them Retrumplican) Congressman who backed the state of Texas' lawsuit onto his show to explain their side. Only one agreed to turn up, here is an extract of how it went

Today is the day for the electoral college voting, but Trump's legal cases rumble on. There are still 16 cases in play including 5 which have been appealed to the Supreme Court (where Trump's record is 0-2 so far).

Let's hope it is a white wash to the Supreme Court over Trump it'll teach him not to fill the SC with judges who say they will back him and then they do the complete opposite to him
