Again it only happens with this company.

It will be the same on BS from January 1st after we leave Europe,
BS actually are the ones who have worked with ofcom to find a way to keep there show on FV before midnight, 66 have just jumped on the back of that work to extend there FV hours,
The rule is if a show is on a British ofcom freeview license then they are not allowed to show boobs until after midnight,

That's very interesting. I'd appreciate some sources on this. There's a couple of guys who usually post in the OFCOM thread that I haven't heard from recently that usually have the gen on this type of thing.

From what you're saying it seems to me that Babestation have been flouting UK rules all these years just because they're based abroad. Who's to say that the standards that OFCOM enforce aren't the right ones.

I'm not particularly keen on the night shows anyway and laugh out loud sometimes. So and so bent over the desk, phone clamped to one ear and eyes on the camera going Oh Oh Oh! And all that fake 'Come on guys let's get really naughty...'

I'd rather see her up close to the camera laughing on the phone. Perhaps seeing the babe in a nice dress from 22.00 will become more popular, be accepted more and lead to them being on all day.

They were flouting nothing. EU rules allowed them to have the Dutch licence and while we were part of the EU they could do that. Once we are properly out, all operators are only allowed Ofcom licences so must stick to the rules of those licences.

Ofcom have struck a typically British fudge which allows the channels to keep making money off sex and nudity but not forefronted in non-chavvy non-Sky homes!

I'd like to ask Ofcom actually... Why DO they treat the platforms differently? Do they think FV owners have less control over their children than do parents who have Sky?! Because if 10pm nipple on FV has the potential to harm a child it has the same potential on Sky as it does on FV doesn't it? The rules don't even have a consistent internal logic, let alone emperical evidence to back them.

I prefer that all operators have to have the same licence.

Is their logic that Freeview is....free.
Those that watch on Sky are paying for the priviledge and in the process have declared that they're over 18.

Yes that's what they say, because the availability of parental controls is different. Ofcom have said that if Freeview had the same parental settings that Sky has then the platforms would be treated the same.

No, because Sky is free as well. If you have a satellite dish and a signal decoder you can get the babe channels on your TV without paying anything to Sky.

As we have guys that can be bothered to keep up with the minutiae of Ofcom's excuses for their moralising in, could they answer another one... You know these surveys of mostly laymen opinion Ofcom supposedly base their content rules on? (Cause basing them on facts would be weird yeah.) Can you tell me if they've asked the kids if they know the Sky pin number better than their parents?

Ah yes that highly secure and uncrackable Sky PIN which is rarely ever changed from the default last 4 numbers on the back of the viewing card

The reader may well have have seen Grace Elisabeth's thank you video but fewer I would say have seen the subsequent film she has recorded on her social media.
In it she takes the trouble to thank her colleagues at Studio 66 and describes them as a supportive, friendly, awesome team of people and added that she couldn't have done it without them..

Admirable that Grace has expressed her feelings so clearly and generously.
There's the winner saying how good they are, they should make more of it, let's hear a bit more about that team.

Of course, a few weeks back, S66 wasn't on from 10-12 on FV. Now it is but less hard than the "Mr Mann strength" standard some would hope for. Would they prefer it switched off for those hours again?
