66 has moved to a % based system to pay most there girls, all the many new girls are on this, its why 66 are now giving so many newbies work as if they dont work out the channel loses nothing, its catching up with the way bs has been doing things for a couple of years, a girl wouldn't get an appearance fee until she has a tv contract,

^Do all babes get appearance fees for their TV work there? I thought Lola's combat with 66 earlier this year kind of indicated it was up to the individual babes to negotiate such a deal?

To answer Lordy's question a bit more fully we might also add: Even when there's a flat rate we are led to believe there are bonuses for hitting certain stats on top of that.

Logic says that too many babes on at one time could certainly affect everyone's take. (All babes competing for same limited resources.) But, by the same token, the operators are the ones likely to be often protected by a larger quantity of babes online. (They only need one or two to be outliers taking serious money at any one time. And are more likely to get that with lots of choice given to punters.)

So, in most cases, if a girl doesn't get any calls, she doesn't get any money?

^^ probable better to say interactions than calls as these days a girl can make good money with out ever taking a call, but yes if no one at all interacted with her on her webshow then she would make nothing, its unlikely that would happen but if she had a bad shift she could be only making a small amount

we have seen this happen on bs when they have 18 - 20 girls live on a saturday night, and you see that girls just give up after a few hours as the buzz gang is spread to fin and some girls are making far less then they expected,

I think they're really mean to the girls.
111 girls as of today, variable resolution for all but the one or two in the studio who can't speak to us without shouting.



If Grace Elisabeth has to waggle it and call 'Come on boys' or if Pippa decides to give up phones there must be something fundamentally wrong
