He could do with a shave occasionally! And his clothing is a lot to be desired but he must have something if he can get girls like Alice, Sophie, Anna etc to do these ridiculous 2-4hr stints. Maybe he has the gift of the gab, but I can tell you one thing if you are around hot girls a lot of the time you do, in time, become immune which might explain why he can't get hard(either that or he is not allowed). Personally I find the idea old hat now and I can't really see how you could change it- different girls yes, but same old camera angles and I'd prefer to see the girl and not him.

Why he's just a producer, he doesn't pay the girls babestation do, girls are asked to do them as part of there normal job they don't get a special payment for doing them, my guess he's a nice bloke they all enjoy working with so when the Mr P idea came up he's the one they said they where happy to do it with, girls do the Mr P shows becouse they see a jump in pervecam and tip money so it's a nice easy way to up there take home pay for the night,
