RE: Europe, Referendum & Brexit (formerly Europe..IN or OUT??)
This is such a clusterfuckery it's so difficult to unpack. There seems to be a perception that what he has done has stopped the "Remain Alliance" plans to legislate against a No Deal Brexit. This is not true, parliament will still sit for a period of time, what he has done is narrow the window in which they have to do it. Parliament passed the Cooper-Letwin bill that forced May to extend A50 beyond it's original March deadline in a few days so there is still time to do it. It's difficult really to know exactly what Johnson or should I say Dominic Cummings is trying to do, because they have still left the opposition time to do what it is they don't want them to do.
Could it be that they are trying to break down the "Remain Alliance" by raising the stakes at which point Corbyn who backed legislation yesterday goes back to his vote of no confidence stance because circumstances have changed, meaning he would be the likely PM which MPs such as The Tory Remainers, Jo Swinson and Anna Soubry do not want and the whole things falls to pieces.
All this time people thought that Johnson's rhetoric on No Deal was him playing cat and mouse with The EU but perhaps he was really playing it with parliament. Merkel through him a life line this week where she said they would be willing to work on something, perhaps this announcing of proroguing of Parliament is all bluff and bluster to show remain MPs that he is serious about No Deal in the hope that they will be brought round to voting for a deal. Of course The EU commission has disbanded its negotiating team, really the only change that would take place is to the political declaration, the overall agreement would be the same. It looks like Johnson is trying to scare MPs into voting for The Withdrawal Agreement, essentially his endgame is to leave The EU with Theresa May's deal
As I said all of this is a tornado of clusterfuckery, it's really hard to pin anything down, who knows what happens next. The Supreme Court ruled that if we are to leave with a deal then parliament has to vote on it. I have seen a few Lawyers on twitter talking about how one outcome, if The Government tried to circumvent Parliament, may be that the process will be passed to the courts that could precipitate a real constitutional crisis as unlike the US we actually don't have a written constitution so they would have to interoperate it themselves and that could end with the Supreme Court forcing Johnson to revoke A50 and kill Brexit stone dead.
As for the "Remain Alliance" the best thing for them to do is take a deep breath and proceed as planned, there is still time to legislate against No Deal
If i could find a girl that had the looks of Maya Jama, Cece Rose's tits, Mia Malkova's ass, the personality of Anne Hathaway, the grace of Zendaya on the red carpet and then behind closed doors the raw sexual energy of Nicole Snow i'd know i was dead and gone to heaven, so i'll just take Cece Rose's tits and Nicole's sexual energy
