Yes a cat 2 followed by 3 cat 1 climbs.

The thing is, Allaphilippe looked ominously fresh on the Tourmalet yesterday. Can't see who is going to take the fight to him when he is so imperious. There's a lot of cycling still to do though so lets see...

Brit Simon Yates (Mitchelton - Scott) won the stage after a breakaway. The good news is that Geraith Thomas took 27secs from Alaphilippe

Well what a fantastically exciting stage - that last climb was an incredible ding-dong battle between Pinot and Bernal and Geraint and Alaphilippe. Alaphilippe cracking at last. It is all set up for a great week in the Alps.

It has been a brilliant Tour so far, thrilling. No question about that.

bit of indecision by G meaning could have meant him taking more time hope they manage to sort out tactics think more to do with no froome to take charge and make decisions about going earlier G had to talk to the car not G's fault he has been a domestic all of his career hard to lead when all you have done is taken orders

Chris Froome has just posted a video of him back training on a bike - one legged as he can’t pedal yet with his broken leg!
