Isn't May having a meeting with Merkle & Macron today. She's supposed to be pleading for support. Little pleader Smile

"It's not true, these reports are without any basis in fact", said a spokesperson for the German government.

From the Guardian.

''Britain is likely to be offered a final long extension ending on 31 December after the EU’s chief negotiator, Michel Barnier, failed to convince the the bloc’s capitals that Theresa May has a plan to break the Brexit impasse, my colleague Daniel Boffey reports.''

Fair enough, May's shown herself to be incapable of compromise so far and they, like us, will no doubt be sick of her because of it.
I hope those muppets that are supposed to represent all of us and not just some, can pull their collective fingers out and fix this mess.

It's looking like a delay till at least the 30th June, and it could get longer.

From The Guardian. Daniel Boffey.

Quote:
France and Germany are understood to be at loggerheads over both the length of the extension and the conditions that the EU should put on a delay to Brexit.

The German chancellor, Angela Merkel, is arguing that a short extension to 30 June is unlikely to provide enough time for the impasse in Westminster to be broken, and Berlin is seeking an extension until 31 December.

Germany believes that the biggest incentive for Conservative MPs to back the Brexit deal is the threat of holding European elections.

The French president, Emmanuel Macron, meanwhile, is understood to looking at a very short extension, possibly up until before the European elections, sources have said. There could be a further extension if the UK signs up to stringent conditions, Macron has said.

RE: Europe, Referendum & Brexit (formerly Europe..IN or OUT??)
EU leaders agree to extend Brexit deadline date until October 31st with a review of British cooperation to determine whether there should be an earlier exit on 30 June – the date Theresa May originally asked for. The June “break clause” has been put in to appease France, as the President Macron, wanted assurances that the UK would conduct European elections properly.

So we can look forward to another 6 months of the The EU remaining resolute and changing nothing and political infighting here at Westminster that will continue right up to another cliff edge. All the while the options remain the same

May's Withdrawal Agreement (which The EU are unlikely to reopen)
No Deal
No Brexit

Unless of course we choose to kick the can down the road again. I wonder if it will come down to No Deal v Revoke?

If i could find a girl that had the looks of Gal Gadot, breasts of Sophie Mudd with Demi Rose's ass, the personality of Jessica Ennis, the grace of Kendall Jenner on the red carpet and then behind closed doors the raw sexual energy of Nicole Snow i'd know i was dead and gone to heaven, so i'll just take Demi Rose's ass and Nicole's sexual energy
