Here's a fascinating fact-about half an hour ago I suddenly got a searing pain in my lower back and I can't get up from my seat as yet-happened last year as well-hopefully it will pass soon but agony at the present to type, so off for now-see you tomorrow.

In South Korea they have what is known as "Korean Age".

This states that when you are born you are 1 year old and every January 1st you age a year. So if you are born on December 31st you are aged 1 and then on January 1st you become 2.

This system is used to define when you are eligible for mandatory military service so it has important implications.

A South Korean MP is currently trying to get the law changed so that the International system (like we use) is used in future.

Origin of PEZ sweets:
