The "Pissed Off " Thread

To those who have replied to me, both publicly and privately. I cannot thank you enough.

Essentially opening up parts of my life story to you was not easy but had to be done...I feel now pretty much a lot better but drained..a lot of bad memories with the associated negative emotions released, having been suppressed for I don’t know how long...

The good thing is that having experienced what felt like rock bottom last night..there is only one direction in which I can go from now on, and that is up.

Thank you for listening. All of you. You are of more help to me as individuals than all the psychologists in the whole world.

whatever helps get you through ur turmoils theres always hope and as u said when u hit rock bottom the only way is up...we're here for u to help however we can ...whether it be music or speaking to others and opening up theres a brighter tomorrow out there however bleak today may seem

my pm box is always open also. i am intimately familiar with these subjects through personal experience and family and know how difficult it can be.

A final post to bring this to a close...

When I wrote that long post..which was essentially opening my past up to public scrutiny, my intent there was to write everything down, as I can express myself much better in written form than I can verbally...(which is probably why psychologists failed to be able to help me in the past..I just couldn’t open up), what I was seeking to achieve was by bringing everything out into the open, a cathartic release to take place.

This happened as I was writing everything down...years of hurt and pain literally flooded to the surface like an overpowering wave...but as it went on I started to feel cleansed..purged of the negativity which has been there for so long.

The memories will always be there, of course they will, but I can now begin to accept they happened and now start to look forward and move on.

I didn’t know that I would get such a touching response from so many people on here...that was and is a wonderful thing. All of you can take more than a little pride in the fact that you, each in your own way, did your bit to help a fellow soul who was in trouble.

You took the time to care.. This means more to me than you could possibly know.

I thank you all...

Now let’s move onwards...

Exactly my sentiment mate, it has to be onwards and up and never look back.
