Tommy Cooper. In his own words

The show wasn't actually in his own words, but was still a great tribute to the country's best ever magician.

The Secret Story of the BBC Christmas Tapes
In the unlikely event you've always wanted to see a Dalek say "bollocks", or watch other BBC types think they're much funnier than they are, then this half-hour show is/was for you. They also include bits from the Rainbow parody that ITV did, and which is arguably funnier.

Bob Monkhouse : The Last Stand

The poignant recording of his last stand up show in front of a select audience of comedians.Absolute gold, from the jokes to the wonderful stories about his heroes plus a nice and very honest walk on from Mike Yarwood.

Bob was probably the best all round entertainer this country has ever had.

The first episode of The ABC Murders.

I thought the BBC were brave taking on Poirot after David Suchet owned the part for so long, but they've gone down a much darker route and it's looking very good.
And it helps that I've forgotten the ending Smile
