If you could get a good deal from the EU without being a member, for many countries there simply wouldn't be any point in being a member.

The EU has to protect it's own existence by making sure that any country that leaves the EU does so on economically disadvantageous terms.

Apparently there is an argument now going on as to which TV channel hosts a Brexit debate.

May has accepted an offer for the BBC to do it but Corbyn wants it to be on ITV.

Maybe we should have a referendum to decide which channel it gets aired on

The debates as big a mess as Brexit itself.
It's going to be on the 9th Dec. But it could be on either BBC1, ITV or on SKY. There's also going to be a follow on at Channel4.

I think I'll wait till the boxset is available on more4 .seriously though, what's the point in having a televised debate on a the deal if the country doesn't get a vote.
