That's a complete disgrace. I understand these women have social lives, and having to work around schedules etc, but the way she's acted there is awful. £100 to most people is a significant amount of money, nowhere on there were you rude or creepy - If anybody has been rude and petty it's her, there must have been at least half a dozen times she promised you the video and you gave her ample time to send it before asking. Have you got any way of going through your bank to get a refund?

Well thats a shame. When she started i was hoping maybe this is new babe who won't behave like soo many do but as it seems thats not the case. I've known of her before BS via twitter and subbed to her Onlyfans for a bit. But what with the no pussy caps on BSX crap she's obviously just following the usually we're all sad sap punters to milk and she shouldn't have to do anything.

Some of her excuses in that convo were bullshit. If she was unhappy with her boobs then why agree to make a video with said boobs?? Take payment then come up with the "i'll re record it" line. Clever usage of words this babe, could probably talk herself out of jail sentence, she might be the best ive seen. Making someone who ordered something which they paid for in advance out to be the one in the wrong, especially someone who has already given them generous amount of time. I Mean how busy can she be to take that long? Safe to say i probably won't bother with her.

You gotta admit though she does have a sense of humour, I mean the “I have it on disc as I use my laptop for work and it wouldn’t look good if it popped up” line!! I mean what job?? MI6??

She is actually nothing short of an embarrassment to the industry and her fellow babes for the way she’s acted. She is literally a thief. Not sure how she can justify it in her head but the facts are she took my money and had no intention of giving me what I paid for. That’s theft, fraud, whatever you want to call it it’s a criminal act.

There’s no way of me getting my money back now no unfortunately but like you say it’s a learning experience. Just wish I’d spent it on one of the girls that actually deliver and act in a professional manner instead of literally robbing me.

All these are industry standard excuses given by scammers and they all appear in the responses you received. Don't give in, don't back down.
You placed an order, the order was accepted and you paid in advance for said order. Therefore you entered into contract with her/her company and she is quite clearly in breach of that contract. It appears that due to the nature of the product you ordered, the seller is relying on the buyer being too embarrassed to take any further action via trading standards or industry regulator.
I think this particular individual needs to change her OnlyFans to OnlyFrauds.

rhino is exactly right - she's definitely relying on you to be embarrassed to discourage you from attaining some kind of recompense. You really SHOULD fight this. How? I honestly don't know.

It's bordering on laughable now that these conniving, thieving, plotting scammers still play these games with customers. Do they not realise that word will spread like wildfire about their shameless stealing?

Hmm... while there are many things wrong with her attitude here, the one that jumps out at me is using work commitments as an excuse. If she's being paid to produce a vid then that is work. There seems to a some sort of disconnect there.

Speaking as a self employed person running his own business (rather than 'some wanker on the forum') she either has a problem with time management or she's accepting more work than she can cope with.

Blaming the customer for her own inability to run her business properly is laughable.

think there could be a bit of spin going on here, not all the messages have been shown, so i talked to Kiki about it as there are 2 sides to everything and here are some of the points she made,

she offered Joeeeeee a full refund after his first post on here he refused and said her didn't want the money,

he sent her abusive threatening messages which dont appear in the time line he has shown,

he told her that if she sent him the video he was going to upload it on to porn hub,

also he admitted to her that he is under 18 years old, at this point she told him he would not be getting the video as she not sending porn to kids,

so quite a different take on things and maybe not everything Joeeeeee said here should be taken as gospel,

He joined this forum nearly 10 years ago, i doubt he was 6 or 7 years old when he joined. I'm just gonna believe she's a lying thief
