He had a good solid presendency, introduced some good stuff, in the right direction, and to be the pres when the Iaq war just so happen to 'end' (it all depends on what you mean by end of course).

If that press conference had been on "The Office" everyone would be saying what great comedy it was.

Coming from the US President it was scary. I'd much prefer that he hadn't mentioned nuclear holocaust.

Regular visitors to this thread are used to you saying controversial things but this one ^^^ I'm struggling with. Maybe a first for this thread but I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and not accuse you of suggesting that black people shouldn't bother running for President because they have broken that ceiling and they should now go back to being just 'citizens' and nothing more. One of the best things about America is that, if you work hard and have a thick skin, that anything is possible. Running for the Presidency is the right of every American citizen; regardless of ethnicity, gender or sexuality. Obama wasn't the first black President, but he was the 44th President. The "if not the only" part of that statement is clumsy at best and shouldn't have been said. I am aware that we are all adults and discussion can only improve things but if the first 4 weeks of Trump's administration has shown us anything, divisiveness and alienation is not going to make the world a better place.

I've said nothing that's controversial that I can think off. I've stated nothing but facts thats been aired on here and else where in the media. The difference is, I've attempted to try and look at things more objectively and less reactionary. People for some reason cannot seem to accept or tolerate that. Unless you're raging at Trump then you must be all manner of isms. Mate, it isn't me that read peoples posts and come twisted it for their own ends and wilfully misconstrued they have wrote, coming up with really bizare accustions (one even said I was in support of 9/11, flatly contradicting everyhting else they had been accusing me of)

This is it's self is a massive historical achievement by all of american histrory, let alone political one. I say may be even the only, to me, maybe means there could be others, but this depends on the American voting public.

As regarding your your final Trump statment, show me any of my post that have disagreed with anything that people have been saying about him; I can link to post after post where I happen to be agreeing with what people say; I also say, he'll learn he can't do what he wants, and four weeks, even if they are bad weeks, cannot be used to judge an entire presidential term.

He may indeed end up being a complete clusterfuck at the job, but you never know, he may learn to reign in his more extreme side and end up being a very good president for the American people

You need to realise virtually half of the American voting public voted for him, it's not 'WE' the out side world want for a president it is THEY the people of America do.
