There's yet another program on the BBC again soon, ;Will there ever be a black Priminister or something like that. Question is, why SHOULD there be? Merely becasue they are black? The best person (hopefully) for the job should be PM who has been elected, what colour he is is not relavant, but in a country that is 90% visually white a black PM is not likely even though possible.

It's like Lenny Henry trying to force through a policey whereby a certain amount of black people should be empolyed by the BBC (pretty sure it was something like 30%), for no other reason that they are black; this I find staggeringly racsit, but it's allowed becasue Lenny Henery is black.

So I'm looking at BBC news and this fat American as just stated Clinton had more votes then Trump, it's just Trumps was in important areas.

its actually a good system its supposed to stop just people getting in on public vote worked for over 200 years

It's also entirely possible for the governing party in the UK to get less votes than the leading opposition party.

Actually such policies are designed to neuter implicit bias / unconscious racism.
