karen hardy is more qualified to be a judge than rihanoff imo

I would not be looking to replace Len at all.
I am not in favour of the four judge system anyway as the Head Judge has a casting vote these days.
The casting vote imo is fundamentally unfair because it effectively means Len's opinion counts double in a 2-2 split decision. I am against the role of head judge to start off with.
If there is a 2-2 split the judges should forfeit the right to make the decision and it should go back to the public vote. But with 3 judges a clear majority would be formed in the dance off anyway.
So let Len go and keep the other three with no Head Judge. If 3 judges was good enough for Dancing With the Stars in the US it's good enough for Strictly.
I don't think Rihanoff would add anything to the panel other than a bit of eye candy potential. I always found her rather bland. Only my opinion of course and others may disagree. I am happy to keep the other three judges in place.
If Strictly insist on four judges I would bring in Ian Waite, have no head judge and in a 2-2 split go back to the public vote.

On a different note I suspect it will be yet another female celeb exiting this week .

can see why len wants to retire he does Strictly and Dancing with the stars filmed in LA at same time so means doing couple of trans atlantic flights a week cant be good for you in your 70's surprised he is coherent with all the jetlag he has

Interesting change from 3 to 4 on DWTS.
For a long time it was 3.

Btw Anton's other half is expecting twins next Spring.

Guessing it was because of Len think he had to take some time off on one season so thats prob why they decided to make it 4
