Yeah Cena has a few more moves.Shame he can't execute them properly Smile

,its that situation when both Cena and Daddy only really appeal to small children who don't know any better.

I like that story about Vince supposedly wanting a C-W division on SD. It reads more like he doesn't want one on Raw. Since SD runs for less hours, how can they adequately put forward the same number of titles as Raw?

Also cunning that Cesaro started winning series matches on house shows. Not good enough for Raw.

Big Daddy was selfish and basically refused to put anyone over.His brother Max was also the head booker so he let him have creative control over everything.Although Cena is slightly more athletic,you can compare the way Vince books Cena to how Max Crabtree booked Big Daddy.

Apparently Big Daddy was a good wrestler in his younger days made his debut in 52 and retired in 93 so had 41 year career sure most of us only saw him in late 70's and 80's when he was 26 stone Tongue

Cena is a good wrestler. Not perfect or quite on AJ's level, but competent and very entertaining when he doesn't just cycle through his standard move set.

I tend to think sometimes cenas criticism isnt always justified, granted his moves is limited and not the greatest but as a character and on the mic not many can reach his level, vince handles and books him into the positions he has had over the years and he toes the company line. I maintain the opinion that he can very much go with the right top talent in the ring with him, you also can argue over the last couple years he has had some of the best matches of his career and definatly potential short lists for matches of the year.

I agree with that,also needs to be noted that in those matches he had far superior opponents.

I just never liked that the art of selling seemed to be completely lost on him.He also seemed to have no inclination to improve on this,however that's Vince's fault for not drilling it into him.I often wonder what would have happened if Cena(or somebody with that attitude)would have been around in Stan Hansen or Bruiser Brodie's era,they would have simply beat the respect into him for real.

Yeah it would be interesting to see how it would plan out, at this stage in his career I wouldnt expect much to change he is very much what vince wants in a top face and representative of the company. I respect him for taking what he has over the years from the fans and embracing it, something roman could learn a thing or two from but also he has had similar treatment from vince, it all links.

I admit 100% that it takes a strong minded person to ignore all verbal abuse he gets,also as the top babyface like Steve Austin before him,he has to work harder and make more public appearances than anyone else and as I've admitted before,its good to see him doing jobs for a change.

Quote: - WWE held their first tryouts in China back in June and ended up signing their first Chinese wrestler, Big Wang. Wang is slated to make his in-ring debut at Saturday's WWE Live Event in Shanghai against Bo Dallas.

Ahead of making his debut, WWE announced today that they have signed seven new recruits from China to developmental deals. Those names are Big Boa, Gu Guangming, Gao Lei, Zhao Xia, Wang Xiaolong, Yifeng and Cheng Yuxiang, who all took part in the June tryouts.

Quote:- Paige's career with WWE is said to be up in the air right now. While Paige is deal with injuries she is also severing a 30-day suspension and there is heat over her relationship with Alberto Del Rio, leading to speculation that shes not coming back.

As previously reported via MLW Radio's "MSL & Sullivan" podcast, Mark Carrano approached Paige and Del Rio individually and harassed them about the relationship. MLW claimed that that the office wanted them to end the relationship and threatened to fire Paige if she didn't break up with Del Rio.

WWE has reportedly denied the story completely. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Del Rio actually called Carrano on the subject but Carrano just went silent during the conversation.

Paige has now retained legal representation and there's still speculation on if she will stay with WWE or not.
