I will look up the articles I was using (themselves referencing Ofcom data) and will post them later.

But I'd like to ask why it is that certain posters who look to have an appropriate knowledge are seemingly unwilling to post it as a frame for initial debate or discussion; instead apparently being more content with taking pot-shots at anyone else who attempts to do so.

Is it any wonder that that these threads are often lacking in any actual info?

Anytime someone tries to contribute and start a discussion,there are others who will deride and belittle their post.
This is just a general observation,and not aimed at any individual.
All to often,on this forum,threads descend into name calling,and sensible debate and discussion goes out of the window.

Err, no it doesn't. It happens very occasionally, but hardly 'all to often'. About normal for a high traffic forum I'd say.

Thanks for the info. I had a sneaking suspicion that might be the case.

The recent moves by S66 don't make sense. Why change format to a pervecam-dominated tv feed that only shows the top half of the babe and then broadcast one channel on FV. The two are incompatible.
Unless they are going to use an extra channel, it means that sky 912 (which is the channel I assume will be broadcast on FV) will have to be a traditional viewing format as it would be folly to try heads-only on FV, no one would watch/phone.
At least it means that we won't be lumbered with all their output being head close-ups.

Sorry,poor choice of words.I accept"all to often" was inaccurate.
