So all the night girls make their minutes and so do the day babes, slightly less per shift but they take home slightly less for it.

exactly s66's main business is to make money. if babes don't hit their targets to make s66 money then they wont get more shifts and eventually s66 will replace them with a babe that will make money for them

Name me any other sphere in which the consumer required to think in the terms of the supplier in order to define the success of the product?! ... But, even by your terms, think how much more 'successful' they could be if they got it right.
