it is when its the red rose of the house of lancaster thought as a proud lancastrian charle u would disapprove (presuming you are from burnley originally cant see anyone moving there ). city using it when they aint really in lancashire anymore and never used it before then it would be like leeds united using the red rose instead of the white rose

of course Lancashire Cricket play in Manchester as they were founded before the changes and cant really rename themselves greater manchester
