That's a misquote. What he actually said is that if he's still Liverpool manager in 4 years time it means they would have won one title by then.

He never said 'premier league' either, as you claim. It's possible that by 'title' he meant any competition/trophy. Perhaps at his next press conference he might get asked to clarify this point.
