The Paul Raumond awards themselves are 2 Weeks today (4th November) so wonder if s66 & paul Raymond have simply re-scheduled it to be nearer when the awards are on

I wasn't giving a "feeble excuse" for s66's behaviour & defending them hannahspet. Actually I Completely agree with you that they have treated their viewers with disdain with this. s66 advertise this event and then not say anything when it was cancelled and didn't happen. they should have posted on their social media pages that it wasn't happening.

All I was doing was offering an explanation as to why it didn't happen. I was not defending them one bit

Yes I do realise this, but I 100% can say I wasn't defending them. just offering a possible explanation as to why it didn't happen

try and word your posts differently mate. don't forget the negative bit as people aren't mind readers. as it is, it reads as a post defending s66, and if you don't include the negative bit then people are going to assume, justifiably, that you're defending their (s66's) actions.

it might stop a row or 2 in the process!

Put it this way would you have been defending itv 2 yeaterday if they had been advertising all the Back to the future movies and special all week and then for no valid reason or explanation showed an all day of TOWIE

^If Louis Porter or Mellie D was on TOWIE i'm sure Rammy would be waxing lyrical, saying it was the best thing in the world.

I didn't realize such a scenario was worthy of nightshow transmission . A snookered-Rachel Taylor 2-4-1.
Not sure that would necessarily catch on .

I am not against beds per se. Sleeping in one and sex in or on one is perfectly normal.
I am merely against their over use on nightshows as a visual spectacle .

No, if itv2 had pulled the back to the future day without notice, i wouldn't have defended them as they hadn't given warning.

I'd be amazed if any of the girls particularly enjoy this (or indeed any other) aspect of the job. The more professional ones will smile and look as though they're enjoying it, but we shouldn't fool ourselves it's any more than that, any more than we should believe all the girls suddenly get horny the moment they step onto the bed (sorry Snookered!).
But hey isn't this just the way of the modern work place where most people have to grin and do what the boss/customer wants while they'd really prefer to poke him/her in the eye? Why should the Babeshows be any different in this respect? The girl in question clearly shouldn't be on the shows for her own sanity (and stick with her rewarding porn career or whatever) but in general I don't really see what the girls have complain about.
