This can be removed and linux tried, as was the case with me. You link it fine, your a fanboy, but having tried both windows is a better operating system.
But this thread is about windows 10, not linux.
Open another thread in tech and tell in detail there why it's so wonderfull.
You're correct about this being a Windows 10 thread, but given the concerns raised about certain aspects of this new OS, as well as problems with the upgrade, why is it seemingly unreasonable to point out that there is an alternative? I certainly don't see why you feel the need to hurl insults, and adopt a sarcastic tone, when I was just trying to be helpful, but hey, knock yourself out.
As for Windows being the better OS, that's your opinion; I happen to disagree... FTR.

I wasn't being insulting nor the other things you mentioned, that is just your interpritation; which was ironic going on the natue of your comments and roll eyes in every post of yours.
My points still stand, most of the past few posts have not been really about windows 10, when it should be. If you want to say how good Linux is, do so i a seperate thread in tech and link to it.
Windows 10 is new and there can be alsorts of teething problems with it that need talking about here as an when they arrive; not my op is better than your op.

These have become second nature on our phones, which is why MS thinks they can do the same on the desktop, but it is a very different environment especially in a corporate situation.
Yay, back to yer actual windows 10.
I have been looking at this and you can turn pretty much most things off in settings, it's what can't be, I suspect they can be some where or wouldn't it be actually illegal.
There again, firefoxs seem to read what I have been looking at in amazon and the adds pop up on youtube. Been there years, dont like them much but then don't seem to have done any harm either; and they have always wanted data information so they can fix bugs or make deffinitions. As long as it's not truely personal information i suppose it's a sign of the times.
There are some good things though, I like that way you can log in with a password on start up and that logs you in every where, saves you constantly using your pass word; and the free apps are pretty impressive.

How do you mean here?
If you click on the cortana icon then click settings you can then swith off suggestions and online search. This I have done and everyhting seems fine and i can still search with google in firefox etc
Litterally my only problem thus far was the graphic card thing. There again, I spent most of my first hour or two turning everything off but the essentials.
PS, you can also turn it on with task manager, may be it can be disabled in start up.
