They are all deceased, except Ian Lavender (Private Pike) and Frank Williams (the vicar).

Now its fairly understandable that they struggle to hire nightstaff, not all girls want to get nude and talk dirty over the phone for 8 hours a night. but day girls? come on, all they gotta do is look pretty and chat to old nige' about the horses and what hes having with his steak pie for later. Easy money. The fact that they cant even do that is very damning indeed.


Tldr; should be quite easy to staff the dayshows.

^^ actually, it is probably harder to be a good day girl since you have to pretend to be interested even if the caller is boring the pants off you (whilst the caller is dreaming that he is getting the pants off her)

And whist the shortage may be down to models, the production staff also appear to have been treated shabbily. So some of these no-shows could also be down to shortages there.

i just think they are dropping the day shows, as they are not making enough from them,
as i understand it we had a show yesterday afternoon because Beth who was booked for last night could not work it due to things she is doing today so they moved her shift to the afternoon slot or they would have gone over a day with no live show,
the problem they are having getting girls is because they are paying so little, the figure i heard was from a girl who asked about night show work, whos quote was day show money for night show work,

It will be a shame if Beth doesn't do anymore dayshows as I find them very enjoyable. Beth is just as much a natural at being a flirty, chatty dayshow babe as she is as a naughty nightshow girl. Personally I would like to see her do both.
