^ well to be fair it's probably not as bad as my knowledge of twerking technique :
the hamstring is in the thigh so it's possible : but I always kind of assumed the muscles involved in twerking would be at the base of the back (don't ask me what they might be called) but I guess the thighs would be involved in the "upthrust" - is that the right term?

I'm guessing Mica will probably appear later on.
