if porchia is doing full adult chat which seems to be the case given the nighttime number is on screen along with the #nightshow then it is a nightshow doesn't if porchia is topless or not.

if porchia isn't doing full adult chat then s66 should have the daytime chat number still on and the #daytimextra hashtag on screen

whatever is happening porchia does seem to have been busy on the phones tonight so think she will be back on past 10pm soon
