I'm not saying your expectations are particularly wrong as in 'what you'd like to see' , but rather 'what we're likely/allowed to see' , given the current climate of course.

66 dose frustrate sometimes with the things they do, they go out and resign arguably the best proforma on the shows in Kara and then stick her on the bed all night with another girl in Steph who just has no interest in doing more then the bare minimum and in doing so taking away room for Kara to show what she can do,
surely Clare would have been with Steph as they both have a limited movement type show,
i really hope Kare gets a lot more solo air time in future

Clare is the number one girl at Studio 66, so it's rare that she gets paired with another girl.

Don't expect this policy to change anytime soon.

if she has that many callers in the bank ready to phone her then it should make no difference if she is with another girl,
but Kara has what it takes to be as popular as Clare in the future so 66 should be doing all they can to get her to that level, so last night it would have been a lot more beneficial to them for Kare to be solo all night

I don't think so. As ever, it is important to distinguish between the visual 'show' and the caller experience.

IMO, whilst I agree that Kandi puts on a good visual show, there is simply no comparison between them on the phones. Clare is much better on the phones and, as a result, probably has an army of regular callers that will keep her on top for as long as she cares to perform.
