at the moment im assuming that 932 (rlc) and 945 (bs starlets/bs2) aren't making enough money to keep them economically viable so bs and rlc are stopping using them. could be other reasons, for example bs and rlc can't now afford the licences for 932 and 945 because the licence fees have gone up

none of the other channels (storm, s66 and xpanded) are dropping channels so im thinking what I've said above
