This is where things look strange to me. A person that doesn't have many nights, turns up for one, then drops two more which are at weekly intervals. Not exactly overdoing it compared to some, even though they work as a producer on some shows.

I reckon they do a show, then decide if it was worth the effort of turning up for 7 and a bit hours on display for people, rather than staying at home and taking the easier option, of putting on a show for those who have to pay up front, sometimes just to see if they are actually worth bothering with.

Webcam stuff can be good, but if the babeshow presenters are more interested in doing this than the TV work, and cancelling shifts or just not turning up in favour of it, whenever they feel that they can't be bothered, then you find they are on webcam when they were going to be on TV, where do their priorities really lie, and how is this going to help any company they work for. Why bother with TV in the first place.

There may be a problem behind the scenes, but it also doesn't help with this being the kind of business where you are employing a certain type of person, working sometimes unsociable hours, who can suddenly decide at the drop of a hat, to do something immediately which is going to make them more money or go away on holiday just because they feel they deserve it and leave you in the lurch.

I didn't cancel my shifts, so try again with your assumptions

Okay maybe your telling the truth who really knows anyway, but tell me if I have got anywhere near the mark with any of the other things I have said. As a producer you must have some insight into scheduling and the way your people work.

So does cancelling shifts to do adultwork take priority in your world then?

You can't deny some have cancelled shifts to do cam work.

As I said, I haven't cancelled the shifts in question. Why would I lie? The "management" can see everything posted on here. There are lots of girls and producers and they all have different lives. I can only speak for myself. And "my" people lol, seriously, "we" are all very different.

I don't cancel shifts to do adultwork. I don't plan to go on cam a week or even two weeks in advance. I go on when I have no other commitments.

Simple fact is that I was in to work the next two tuesdays and today I found out that I wasn't.

Okay fair enough but as some girls have left and made a slight shortage on nights, and as you are not on very often, rather than over using some girls on consecutive nights, have your shifts been re-arranged or are you not really bothered about being in front of the camera.

The silence says it all really. They just can't be bothered.

I only used that particular post by Mellie, to make a point about how things looked in general, with regards to the way some girls appear to treat their work. It got a reaction which was not the reason for using it. If I had not, I doubt if anything would have been said.

When I asked if the shifts were being re-arranged, no response to a reasonable statement.

Just goes to show some only keep an eye open and respond when they see stuff they regard as personal attacks, and can't manage to be open and above board when you ask about other things.

Great handheld session from kandi kay going on right now,producer getting up for some great close angles,even getting the odd grind,more nights like this on red light might get me calling again

Or .... maybe I turned the computer off to chill out with my family. Gosh, now what does that say about my work? That I stop doing it in order to spend time loved ones? I wonder how many of "my people" don't work 24/7 and enjoy to be around our friends and family.

Get a life and stop concerning yourself with business that is not of yours.

Not relevant to anything, other than the first sentence of your last post.

Getting back to normal, a new girl called Summer started today. Not sure what time she may have actually appeared, but I saw her at about 1705 joining Rachel on 910. Rachel then went off a few minutes later and, as usual, the so called " production team " failed yet again to put a new girls name on screen. She was only on for about 25 minutes. There is either too much effort in creating a new line of text, or they have already decided she will not be there long enough to need it.

Not seen her since and breaks have been covered by another channel.

No one can be judged in 25 minutes, and putting her on screen can't be any worse than having a regular sat there playing with their mobile device, (and don't say they are using them to check for messages all the time, as most like to try and hide them whilst they are being used), to keep themselves entertained, which seems to go on rather a lot.
