As a number of people mentioned, Caty is very much the face of S66 - think she's the voice on the phone system when you call up!!!

Certain individuals have a greater value than what they can earn; one person leaving can ask others to question whether the company is serious and viable (see the Rooney saga at Man U a couple of years ago - he isn't worth 200K per week, but he is a statement of intent).

Then again she may have been late back from her hols, and simply no showed (although you'd have thought BS would have said something more positive one way or another). Still if Caty has stayed at S66 she will certainly have burnt a bridge or two for the future with other channels (i.e. if she talks to them later they'd conclude she was taking the piss)

More interested in the Alice situation now - just want her back on a channel

Out of the 2 it has to be Caty,i still love watching Catys 241 with Paige,That included 'The Snog' in fact most of the great 241s featured Paige, with Lolly & Ice Lollys Ree Petra in the shower,the snogfest 341 with Lolly & Candy,with Tiff in the paddling pool and more on top of that.....

I see that channel rep "Studio66 TV News" is lurking round the BS section and showing a lot of interest in this thread, and is at this very moment looking at what we are posting here .

So if Caty is staying at S66 as now seems the case I'd guess the only financial losers are S66 themselves who will probably now be paying her more as part of persuading her to stay. So whilst BS may have lost out the costs of S66 have gone up.
