^^^ But he was in the right position when the ball came in.... He was in the penalty area? Not the left? You insisting he missed the chance due to playing out of position for most of the game? Because when that ball came in he was dead on with the keeper... saying "he was out of position" is just shambles.

End of the day i'm not English so I can happily say what I think, and that Rooney on the left tonight was poor, didn't do his job properly, and when he was in his favoured position he still messed it up and missed another sitter.. Been the same for 10 years now.. Between him and Hodgeson they held the team back..
