Where have I compared them? I am just saying that Moyes deserves to be given the time. The plastic fans used to call for Fergies head or said he was too old if we lost more than two games in row.

So yet again Kagawa was impressive, Hernandez has scored two in two appearances, they both deserve to start more games. I hope neither moves away, although I wouldn't blame them if they do Sad

Agreed, Kagawa particularly is wasted. He has a skill level and ability that is much needed. His problem is his best role is as an attacking mid so he has Rooney in his way.

I don't see why Moyes can't play a combination of Rooney or RVP with Kagawa or Mata. Swap it around, give all four some time, better than playing one out of position. Nani is back too, so he can play a winger on both sides.

It's not just Moyes though. Fergie used to be the same. He bought Kagawa and then hardly played him. He bought Forlan, even going to the trouble of hijacking his signing at the airport only to then not play him in his natural role. The guy couldn't miss the net for Independiente but struggled like shit with us lol. I would love to see Rooney upfront with RvP or Hernandez and Kagawa playing just behind but cannot see that happening.

RE: Manchester United FC
I think RVP will leave, him and rooney playing up front together just hasn't worked. And yes Fergie played Rooney out of position and didn't utilise Kagawa well enough-I remember his hatrick against Norwich and that for me justified his starting place! One thing Fergie did do right though was get the best out Hernandez, he was a goal machine and still can be. Fergie made quite a few flop signings, Djemba Djemba, Kleberson, Rossi are all forgotten at OT. And ultimately the midfield problems are a result of his inaction.

To play two strikers and kagawa behind them would require at least one central midfield signings and a centre back, maybe even two. As good as Carrick is with his passing, I can't see him stopping Yaya or Ramires. Fletcher is a good player, lacks a bit going forward otherwise solid. Fellaini needs to stop elbowing people. Cleverly? No comment.

Ultimately it comes down to Moyes having to choose between Wingers and Playmakers like Mata and Kagawa. And no Moyes, playing them on the wing hasn't and won't work, so stop trying!

I have to say that Moyes must now wonder what he has taken on when agreed to joining the club.

lol I think he realised that from the start. There are not many managers who could have just walked straight into the managers role at United and takeover from Fergie. Have to hope he is upto speed next season...if he is still there as rumours about van Haal persist.Rolleyes
