In my naivety I'd always assumed the "girl caller" was just one of the other girls in the studio off camera trying to drum up "listener" calls when there was just nobody in the queue.

i thought 99% of the fake callers were the other girls in the studios?????

Nah, sometimes there is a queue and they just dump the caller mid call to put the girl on.

I always check the other channels when there's a "girl caller" to see if one of the others has one at the same time and it's two of them from different sides keeping each other busy. (But I haven't caught them out yet. )

I've just spoken to Danni Levy about the phone issue. The first the girls usually know about the battery almost running out is when they are on a call and hear it beeping. Unfortunately it then cuts out almost immediately and they are left with a dead phone and no callers. As they get rated on average call length it can be equally frustrating to them. When they are busy they don't get time to constantly monitor the phone screen to see if the battery is low.

Coincidentally I had 2 phone battery incidents on one night with Danni before Xmas and was "ordered" by her to complain to BS. I'd paid the £2 connection fee and the £5 queue jump fee. I sent them the texts they send you when your pay these fees as evidence. Well today they finally emailed me to confirm they were sending me a refund so I suggest you guys do the same if it happens to you.

There is nothing new in any of this. It has been happening for several years. The simple fact is for every one person who complains and gets a refund there are probably hundreds more who don't. They have been making money through a dodgy phone service and a haphazard picture and texting service since they began, while fake girl callers are simply a means to entice people to call and listen in. The connection fee used to vary and could cost anywhere between £3 to £5 at one time.

i gave up buying the photos/videos,when they werent sending the ones advertised on screen.....order a daisy pic and get one of lily pink,order a tori vid and get a 14 second vid...one rip off too many,then advised to complain to cellcast which i did,and two months down the line and still no response so i just gave up,leaving a sour taste in the mouth.

Anyway Goddess Tori is on tonight (yes a wednesday) not complaining tho
