it looks like smiletv 2 & 3 have been remove from ofcom's licences page. i hope this dose not mean that these channels are coming off freeview. or could it be that they are not listed as there are not licenced in the UK so why put them up on there websites licences page.

Smile TV 3 freeview channel 173 is regulated by NICAM the Dutch regulator and also uses a Dutch licence, this is the channel that starts at 10pm 2 hours before Ofcom licensed freeview babe channels can broadcast, this channel is also the one Ofcom stated they were powerless to ban or block from broadcasting on freeview before 12am and were complaining to NICAM about, NICAM told Ofcom to fuck off (not exact words lol)

Babestation Freeview channel 174 the channel that broadcasts from 11pm and also broadcasts BSX is also Dutch regulated and licensed, hence why it can start before 12am .

Smile TV 2 freeview channel 172 is the channel that was being debated last year in the Ofcom threads when Tiffany announced that they had got a new licence for that channel, it was assumed that this new licence Tiffany mentioned was a new Dutch licence acquired by BS/Celcast/Game Networks but this has never been verified .

How i understand it on Freeview the only BS channel that broadcasts live babe shows and uses a Ofcom licence is "Party" freeview channel 175, Square 1 Management Limited is the licencee of that channel .

Maybe the Smile 1 and 2 licenses were left over from when they did possibly have a Ofcom licence ? . Elite TV still has a freeview licence that it has never used by the way .

On to another matter the Sky BS channels "Get Lucky" and "Lucky Star" Sky channels 908 and 909 (both Ofcom licensed) are currently under investigation by Ofcom for "various" things, this was mentioned in Ofcom's latest broadcast bulletin .
BS only have channel 906 on Sky with a Dutch licence .

Lol ok i got the wrong Paige in my original post, it was Paige Turnah but I can't be the only person who saw this last night. There must of been other people watching the web stream between 3.00 and 3.20 who saw it.

Did anyone else notice that last night, for the first time, BS put a £2 connection charge on the cheap rate 60p/min mobile calls.
