Last film you watched

White House Down

A typical gung-ho American actioneer, with Channing Tatum doing his best beefed-up Bruce Willis in a vest impression, in protecting the president (Jamie Foxx) after the White House is taken over by a gang of nasty mercenaries.

Suspend belief regarding the plot, and you have a typical Roland Emmerich crash, bang, wallop action flick, with James Woods in OTT nasty mode, and Maggie Gyllenhaal is vastly underused as a Secret Service agent.

A Perfect Saturday night with the lads movie. 7/10.

Police Academy 6: City Under Siege 5.9/10

World War Z 6/10 - better than i expected but not really scary enough to make much of an impact.

The Prestige - 8/10. I forgot I had it, a great film with a cracking cast.

Indecent Proposal - 6/10

The Twilight Samurai 8/10

The Lone ranger 8/10 don,t believe the negative reviews, this is a very entertaining movie.

critics have always hate films that are not arty farty like gosford park.

Death Note and Death Note 2, Japanese live action film based the comic. A young man finds a book called Death Note and any name written it in will die within 40 seconds there are 12 rules. The 2nd film pick ups immediatley after the 2nd one finishes this time the man has a female partner. 9/10 has I dont have the dubbed version (recorded off one of the 5 channels, 5 , 5us or 5*)

Alien Series 8/10 the first 2 are great films, the third is good and the forth one is okay the hualien (the live birth alien) was a nice addition to the alien creatures ripley fought.

AVP and AVP Requim nice crossover films. The predalien in the Requim was pretty cool. 7/10

Prometheus, a good prequal. 8/10 it could have done with a few more shocks or unexpected surprises.

Slither, 8/10 anything with nathan fallion (castle) is worth watching, I have not watched Firefly but the film serenity is good.
