If we are getting results by flukey performances i dont mind, were second in the league at the moment, thats amazing for us. I agree today we should have won and i didnt understand why we had four center backs playing when we have full backs on the bench. We missed coutinho today but we are still second and suarez is back now so it should get even better.

Absolute rubbish until today we were unbeaten since March & if flukey perfomences get results than I'm fine with It , as for Brendan's tactics there fine yes we should push on in the second half but we've got 10 points from 5 games which is a good return .

As for Aspas he's only played 6 games or so , so to call him bad is unfair as he had an excelent pre-season somthing Borini's never had .

What a stupid goal to concede from that corner. Didn't see the game but the whole 4 centrebacks and no proper fullbacks just showed what a mess that was in those highlights. Tactical horrorshow from Rodgers there. Aspas needs to step up, done nothing that suggests he should be wearing the no.9 shirt.

the only thing rubbish was our performance today, same as our 2nd half performance's all season.... if we carry on playing like that we will not make top 4 thats for certain, I don't care what anybody says...

Come on Fernandez - surely you'd have taken 2nd place after 5 games? I think you're being too critical. It's a great start and sometimes a game goes against you like today. It happens in football - can't win them all. If you make that same ratio every 5 games Liverpool should be ok - remember you've achieved this without your star player too. When he comes back you should be even stronger.

Yes I would have taken 2nd after 5 games, but I haven't been impressed at all by any 1 of our games this season and I really can't see us staying there especially if Brendan keeps on using tactics like today.

I did mean to say today was poor but generally his tactics are good .

You guys are saying being 2nd is great, and I'm sure at the start of the season you would've accepted that cos if you were to lose you would have expected it to be to man united NOT the Saints!

they should be top, cant believe some of you are accepting 2nd after losing to saints

That is my point, tomorrow Spurs play and will go level probably, and Arsenal, we should have taken advantage today but instead we let it slip through daft tactical decisions.

And we really do need another Quality player up front, Aspas is nowhere near the standard, Why spend 8m on Luis Alberto, Atleast give him a run out other than sit on the bench?!
