Not a Liverpool fan, but why are Arsenal going for Suarez (if its true)?

The guy has said he don't want to be in England, so why are they bothering with him?

Probably because they are trying to get Higuain for cheaper than Madrid want to sell for, so a 'bid' for Suarez says were moving on if we don't get our way. They know that £30m will be rejected but it it's a message for Madrid and nothing more.

That's my opinion anyway.

If suarez do go to aresnal I will be pissed lol then I would actually hate the guy! Maybe liverpool should put a bid in for Higuain with Real involving Suarez, would be interesting to see what Arsenal will do then and what would happen

i doubt he will go to arsenal, they are not really a step up from liverpool, madrid are though and i think he will end up there, unless liverpool won't sell him for 50m+ which is OTT. no player is worth that bar messi, suarez is worth about 30-35 mil tops, players are way to overpriced these days

Suarez is worth 45m - 50m easily... he is only 26 aswell..

of course liverpool fans would think he is worth 50m, but neutral fans probably rate him at 35m maybe 40 at a push, considering his antics

Atletico got themselves a bargain, world class proven striker for 4mil over 2 years! Spanish record scorer, people say he is done, but when you play for Barca and Have Lionel Messi to compete with most players will look "done"

For 4mil we should have snapped their hand off... that is less than we sold shelvey for!

He is only 2 years older than RVP and younger than Stevie G and Alonso who most want back anyway.

We could have possibly had Villa and Alonso for under 12mil.... that would be good for the club, spend little on 2 spanish world cup winners and add loads of experience into the team and will be a lot easier for the team to bond with all the Spansih speaking players we have.... it is not playstation at all...
