To quote Ofcom themselves, this how they explain what they do.

I'm sure many in here may not share that sentiment!

Under the Communications Act 2003, Ofcom has responsibility for the regulation of premium rate services. In December 2007, it was confirmed that PhonepayPlus will act as the agency which carries out the day-to-day regulation of the PRS market on Ofcom's behalf.

The discussion was specific to Babestation phone scams and what, if anything, could be done about them. Nothing to do with broadcasting regulations.

So when are you babestation guys gonna grow up and stop photoshopping every photoset you update on the website? It was maybe "nice" in 1998.
I think if you did a vote on your website or here at the forum you would see that MANY of the members on your site isn't happy about it.
Retouching the photos alittle for the better is one thing but on some of the sets the "retoucher" goes all picasso on the photosets.
Keep the photosets natrual, save some time by not retouching them and you will have alot more members renewing their membership.
Example of terrible retouching is "Geri chez lounge".

Calls to the premium rate number are limited to 20 minutes. The backstage girl callers don't actually call that number.

Tell me, do they still boot callers off mid-call these days, when they want to put a girl on? Or just stick with the, less obvious, queue jumping?

Just because they can legally get away with it doesn't make it right, in my opinion, and has cost them my custom.
