got this off liverpool website top 10 shirt sales this season van persie way out in front! are the arsenal fans still buying his shirt as well. it also says gerrard sells the most in the u.s.

2/ Gerrard - 8.2 per cent
3/ Rooney - 6 per cent
4/ Kagawa - 5.8 per cent
5/ Suarez - 3.6 per cent
6/ Hazard - 3.1 per cent
7/ Scholes - 2.7 per cent
8/ Torres - 2.5 per cent
9/ Kun Aguero - 2.2 per cent
10/ Podolski - 2.1 per cent

Its because of the global following United have. RvP is the player attracting all the interest understandably with United fans. I'm surprised Rooney gets as much as 6% given the attitude of most United fans to him following his 2010 antics. Kagawa's sales will be high in Japan and the Far East, but perhaps not here though his is the shirt I would go for if I was buying one. Good to see that old Scholesy can still outsell some big name stars

Sorry misunderstood when you mentioned Gerrard selling the most in the US

it might be all over then but it mentioned the gerrard part in u.s. in a different sentence lower down page. so i dont know then lol
